Shaping Civil Society Leaders: Horizontal and Vertical Boundary Work in Swedish Leadership Training Programmes

Abstract Civil society leadership training programmes are a new phenomenon, and they often overlooked by civil scholarship despite being linked to the professionalisation of sector.
